As a graduate from both The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (MA Distinction, Music Theatre) and The University of Sheffield (1st Class Hons, Music), Cesca is an emerging actor, vocalist and creative. She can be seen starring in the music videos of both Life Aquatic Band's new single "Summer Rain" (as heard on BBC Radio 6) and global folk collective Mishra's "Devil's Nine Questions". In October Cesca will be working on a research and development project for a new musical at Sheffield Theatres. She spent 2025 in Sheffield studying on a specialist Meisner acting course, and is now studying the Spiritual Psychology of Acting with John Osborne Hughes.
Alongside her performing, Cesca is fascinated with vocal pedagogy and recently completed the Estill Levels 1 & 2. She is now working towards the Estill Figure Proficiency qualification under the guidance of Tara Wilcox and Anne-Marie Speed. Cesca has taught voice at CAPA College Performing Arts College and is the Vocal Course Lead for European Youth Summer Music, a music charity sponsored by the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation.
Cesca loves collaborating and has worked with a range of artists across both Sheffield and London, including rhythm tap dancer Jess Murray, experimental harpist Manon McCoy and members of contemporary jazz group Assembly Trio. She has performed in musicals with Colla Voce Theatre Company, Threshold Theatre Company and Sheffield University Performing Arts Society, as well as singing at venues such as the Sheffield Crucible, Sheffield Lyceum and the award-winning Jazz at the Lescar. Having been described by their director, Jez Matthews, as a "distinctive and captivating singer, and fine arranger with an eclectic set of influences", Cesca is continually fuelled by her fascination with storytelling, improvisation and embodiment, working to produce dynamic and exciting new art.
